La paciente con demencia senil solía preguntar a la empleada:
- Viene hoy tu hija?
La empleada, que no tenía ninguna hija, le respondía:
- No.
Sin embargo, un día la empleada respondió:
- No tengo ninguna hija.
La paciente comentó:
- Claro, por eso no viene nunca.
